Momiji Manju
Shaped like the pretty maple leaf (which also happens to be the perfectual flower) . The concept was made when the first Prime Minister of Japan visited Miyajima. He went in a teahouse and saw the waitress's cute little hands and said, "Like a maple leaf. I wish I could just eat them up" and that was the origin of the Momiji manju, they say. The light tasted beans are surrounded in a rich spongy cake.
