Breeding chocobo requires a lot of money (at least 200.000 gil), patience, and a little bit of luck.

The advantages are that you can breed chocobos that can climb over mountains, across the rivers even oceans, and go to places normal vehicles can't reach. Breeding chocobos really takes time and money but it really pays off.
